The ibenefitcenter online portal provides an exclusive access for employees of companies who are clients of Mercer to check their individual 401(k)s, pensions, or regarding checks from Mercer Trust. You can log in or register to obtain your financial, retirement planning and account information, plus you can perform account transactions through ibenefitcenter.
Your Mercer 401(k) Account

Returning users can log in with user name and password. The initial login information is included in your enrollment materials. If you forgot your user name or password, click the link below the "Submit" button and reset your login credentials. You need to provide the last 4 digit of SSN, your last name, date of birth, country and postal code to have your account recovered. For assistance, please call 800-752-9917.
For new users who want to register their accounts, click on the "Get Started" button and provide the same information as when you forgot your user name or password. You will be sent a confirmation email at the end of the registration. Click on the link in the email to activate your account.
When you log in for the first time, you'll be prompted to set up a new user name and password and establish three Security Questions used to retrieve your login information in case you forget it.
Now you are able to check the balances of your accounts, change your contribution percentages and investments, receive real-time financial market updates and access investment resources, interactive planning tools and retirement education information.
